Associates, Inc. (PMA) has designed and published proposals that have won over $4 billion
in contract value for its clients. When all of our services are

Telecommunications and Data Infrastructure and Services (TDIS)
Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Our proposal for this $650 million contract was
completed in less than a week and selected from a field of more than fifty other vendors,
including AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and IBM.
New York Telecommunications Network
State of New York
This proposal won a $100 million contract for
design and implementation of a state-wide fiber-optic network, using asynchronous transfer
mode (ATM) technology.
Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) Telecommunications Network
County of Suffolk, New York
PMA designed and published the proposal that won
a $12 million contract for ATM network management and services for county agencies, public
safety services, and education.
Base Administrative Support Services
NASA Ames Research Center
In less than three weeks, PMA designed and
published the proposal selected by NASA for award of a $150 million contract for
facilities management services. Our client was a Minority-Owned Business.
Base Logistics Support Services
NASA Dryden Flight Center
Our proposal for this minority-owned business
set-aside won a competitive contract valued at over $75 million.
ADP Development Support Services
U.S. Bureau of Labor & Statistics
Originally hired to facilitate the executive
review (Red Team) of the proposal, PMA redirected and rewrote the technical and management
approach to achieve maximum evaluation points. Our client won the $45 million contract.
Personal Computer Hardware and Software (PCHS)
U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
PMA designed and published the proposal that won
a $500 million contract for nationwide delivery and support of desktop and portable
computer systems, peripherals, and software.
Personal Computer 2 (PC-2), Personal Computer 1 (PC-1), Portable Computer 2 (Portable
2), and Systems Acquisition Software & Support (SASS-II)
U.S. Army
The combined contract value of these
procurements exceeded $1.5 billion, with worldwide delivery and support. PMA designed and
published the winning proposals.
Desktop Computer Acquisition IV (Desktop IV)
U.S. Air Force
Our proposal for this $1 billion contract
included innovations in warranty support and forward-deployed replacements.
